ORDER METHODS
You can order in any of the following ways:
1. Order online from our website:
The process of ordering products from our website is the simplest and fastest. The steps to follow are:
- Add the products you are interested in.
- Once you have added a product to your shopping cart, you can either continue adding other products to it or complete your order.
- Upon completion of the order, you will be asked to enter your username and password if you are a registered user, otherwise you will be asked to create a new account at this time, or even complete the purchase as a visitor.
- When creating an account, enter all your necessary information, such as name, address, phone number.
- Then you choose the method of shipping your products as well as the method of payment for your order.
- Finally, you complete the order where a confirmation e-mail will arrive at the e-mail account you provided.
2. Order by Phone:

Your order is processed immediately and the available products are shipped within the next 2-3 business days, depending on the availability of these items. Please note that for the smooth running of your order, it is advisable to have the product codes you want to order.
Note:
You cannot pay by credit card on the phone order by providing the card details by phone. You can pay by credit card only if you receive your order from our company (Aravissos, Giannitsa). The following payment methods apply to the phone order:
- Deposit to our business account.
3. Order by e-mail:
You can also place your order via e-mail at sales@camelino.gr 24 hours a day, giving us the following information:
- Full Name
- Shipping address and postal code
- Contact Phone
- The product code / name
- The payment method you choose
- Type of Receipt
- Any notes you would like us to consider
You cannot pay by credit card by e-mail when giving your card details by e-mail. You can pay by credit card if you receive your order from our company (Aravissos, Giannitsa). The following payment methods apply to the e-mail order:
- Bank deposit to our business account.
4. Order by Person:
In order to receive your order from our company, you must have selected your order in one of the above ways and have noted in the comments that you wish to receive from our warehouse.

5. Order by FAX:
