    Shipping Methods

    1. For deliveries within Greek territory, delivery is carried out by Acs Courier, Geniki Tachydromiki, ELTA Courier Porta-Porta, or by a transport company of our cooperating network.
    2. The delivery time is usually 1-5 business days for courier services. If the delivery times are different, you will be notified accordingly.
    3. If the ordered product cannot be delivered on time due to our supplier’s late delivery, we will inform you without delay. In such a case, you have the right to decide whether to wait for the product or cancel your order. In case of cancellation, any exchanges that have already been made will be returned within 15 days.
    4. Shipping to the customer in areas covered by the company’s cooperating distribution network (transport company).

    The deliverable products after the sale are sent to the address and to the recipient that the customer has declared at the time of placing his order, which has been accepted by the company. The company freely chooses the means of shipment provided that the place of delivery is served by the cooperating distribution network, and notifies the customer either by phone or in the electronic correspondence of the order acceptance. The customer is informed in the above way also about the shipping costs of the order. If the shipment concerns a remote or inaccessible destination (indicatively and not limited to, island or border areas, etc.), then the customer may be informed later either by phone or through electronic mail (e-mail).

    • In most areas, delivery is defined up to the sidewalk of the entrance. In cases where the cooperating transport agency is unable to deliver to the sidewalk of the entrance, the delivery will be made at the closest possible delivery point.
    • The delivery concerns large urban centers, any other area (e.g., villages, remote areas) may be considered inaccessible areas, resulting in them not belonging to the cooperating distribution network of the company. In these cases, the company reserves the right to refuse the delivery of the goods or to ask for an additional charge from the customer.
    • In case the delivery address given by the customer is difficult to access by a means of transport (e.g., truck) or entry to the transport means of the transport agency is not allowed, please inform us at the time of placing the order so that appropriate measures can be taken. If the notification is not made, then the transport agency has the right to deliver the products at the nearest accessible point by the means of transport or to ask for an additional charge from the customer for the delivery of the goods up to the sidewalk of the entrance.

    Deliveries in areas outside the Company’s Distribution Network – obligations

    In case the customer specifies a delivery place outside the cooperating distribution network of the company in the order he will transmit, then the customer is obliged to choose the method of shipment with a carrier commissioned by him, while the company fulfills its obligation to transfer and deliver the item by delivering the item in perfect condition and packaging, to the carrier designated by the buyer. The risk from the sale in this case transfers to the buyer at the time of delivery of the sold items by the company to the carrier. For this obligation (regarding the designation of a carrier and direct charging of the customer by the carrier), the customer will be informed at the time of submitting his order. In the cases of delivery by the cooperating distribution network of the company, the payment method of cash on delivery is not available.

    Place and Time of Delivery (Transport Company)

    The hours and days of the schedules for each shipment are unilaterally defined by the Camelino company or by the cooperating transport agency and are communicated to the customer. In cases where the customer cannot be present to receive the shipment at the assigned day and time, the transport company will reschedule the delivery day and notify the customer accordingly. If the customer is unable to receive the goods at the next scheduled appointment, they must arrange to pick up the products with their own means of transport from the nearest warehouse that cooperates with the company. It is possible to arrange for partial shipment of individual products from an order, provided this is agreed upon with the customer.

    General Terms Regarding the Shipment of Products and Services

    The company reserves the right to modify the methods, terms, and prices of shipment at its discretion and without prior notice. It is obligated to inform its prospective customers of these changes through a revision of the current terms of use of the Camelino electronic platform (e-shop).

    Pick-up from Our Warehouse

    The company offers the customer the option to pick up the sold products and services from the company’s warehouse located in Arabissos Giannitson, when these are available through the electronic store.

    Prices and Shipping Costs

    1. The prices listed on the product pages are in Euros and include the legal VAT and other components of the price.
    2. Besides the listed prices, our company charges for delivery within Greece a shipping fee of 4.00 € for orders up to 149.99 € (not applicable for inaccessible areas). For online orders over 150.00 €, shipping is free (not applicable for inaccessible areas requiring transshipment).
      • For orders over 150 €:
        • If it is an inaccessible area: the customer is responsible for picking up the goods from the transport company’s offices or arranging delivery to their location at an additional charge, with prior telephone notification.
        • In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
      • For orders under 150 €:
        • With courier: A charge of 4.00 € plus a cash on delivery fee of 2.50 €.
        • With transport company: A charge of 4.00 €. If transshipment to the delivery address is required, you will be informed by phone about the transportation cost.
        • In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
    3. For cash on delivery payments, the customer is charged an additional fee of 2.50 euros, collected on the spot by the deliverer. If there are other taxes or expenses, you will be informed by phone.
