Returns Policy

• Right of Return or Change

Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of the date of issue of the sales document and if the original packaging of these products has not been opened / altered. Return costs are borne by the buyer. Earlier contact with the relevant department of the company is required.

• Return of Defective Product

If you receive a defective product, you should immediately (at most within one business day) notify the company of clarification and verification of the problem. In the event that we are held responsible we will replace the product at no cost to the buyer.

• Battered during Product Transfer

If you receive a shipped product during shipping you should immediately notify the shipping company which is fully responsible for clarifying and identifying the problem. The goods travel at the buyer’s responsibility.
