ARK’S BITE TUBE TEXTURE TIP

ARK’s Bite Tube Texture Tip Oral Tool, developed in collaboration with Shari Martin, OTR/L, is a part of the Z-Vibe® and Z-Grabber® (sold separately), It is specially designed for targeted biting and chewing exercises. Simply fill it with soft foods and place the tip on the side of the mouth between the premolars or molars, or place it along the entire length of the teeth. When the person bites, they will be rewarded with the taste. This will make it easier to understand the concept of needing to bite and chew to eat food. It’s also a great way to incorporate real food as you practice the skill of chewing. The Bite Tube Texture Tip has a textured surface, for people with oral defense.

Prices and Shipping Costs

1. The prices listed on the product pages are in Euros and include the legal VAT and other components of the price.
2. Besides the listed prices, our company charges for delivery within Greece a shipping fee of 4.00 € for orders up to 149.99 € (not applicable for inaccessible areas). For online orders over 150.00 €, shipping is free (not applicable for inaccessible areas requiring transshipment).
   • For orders over 150 €:
     • If it is an inaccessible area: the customer is responsible for picking up the goods from the transport company’s offices or arranging delivery to their location at an additional charge, with prior telephone notification.
     • In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
   • For orders under 150 €:
     • With courier: A charge of 4.00 € plus a cash on delivery fee of 4.00 €.
     • With transport company: A charge of 4.00 €. If transshipment to the delivery address is required, you will be informed by phone about the transportation cost.
     • In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
3. For cash on delivery payments, the customer is charged an additional fee of 4.00 euros, collected on the spot by the deliverer. If there are other taxes or expenses, you will be informed by phone.

Delivery

1) Delivery is carried out within the Greek territory through ACS, General Post Office, ELTA Courier Door-to-Door, or by our chosen transport company.

2) The delivery time is typically 1-5 business days. If delivery times vary, you will be notified accordingly.

3) If the ordered product cannot be delivered on time due to delayed delivery from our supplier, you will be promptly informed. In such cases, you are entitled to decide whether to wait for the product or cancel your order. In case of cancellation, any exchanges already provided will be refunded without delay.

4) Shipment to the customer is made in areas covered by the company’s distribution network (transport company).
