- This book is the result of a long observation and investigation of the music and kinesiological development and course of the students of Secondary and Elementary education, elements which, enriched with the continuously gained experience, created the need for a new work, capable and to cover the existing ones. visible needs, which I identified through my study, but also to formulate a new proposal in education.
So my research path in educational events revealed to me that the students of the Kindergarten, the Primary School and some of the High School are characterized, with few exceptions, on the one hand by a great lack of rhythm, and on the other by a great confusion of musical concepts. At the same time, the majority of students of this age have stayed away from any musical knowledge and experience.
Simultaneously with the acquisition of the above experience, I formed through my work the view that both the rhythm and the simple musical knowledge, in young students, are on the one hand necessary, on the other hand developable.
By acquiring the rhythm, the young student quickly discovers his body and his possibilities, as well as gets to know his surroundings faster and more pleasantly. With the acquisition of music education he discovers the emotions that music offers, his musical tastes and the joy he enjoys through them.
In this book, the two above concepts are approached simultaneously, with the aim of introducing students to their secrets from an early age and with the end result their love for them.

Prices and Shipping Costs
- The prices listed on the product pages are in Euros and include the legal VAT and other components of the price.
- Besides the listed prices, our company charges for delivery within Greece a shipping fee of 5.00 € for orders up to 149.99 € (not applicable for inaccessible areas). For online orders over 150.00 €, shipping is free (not applicable for inaccessible areas requiring transshipment).
- For orders over 150 €:
- If it is an inaccessible area: the customer is responsible for picking up the goods from the transport company’s offices or arranging delivery to their location at an additional charge, with prior telephone notification.
- In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
- For orders under 150 €:
- With courier: A charge of 5.00 € plus a cash on delivery fee of 4.00 €.
- With transport company: A charge of 10.00 €. If transshipment to the delivery address is required, you will be informed by phone about the transportation cost.
- In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
- For orders over 150 €:
- For cash on delivery payments, the customer is charged an additional fee of 4.00 euros, collected on the spot by the deliverer. If there are other taxes or expenses, you will be informed by phone.
Delivery
1) Delivery is carried out within the Greek territory through ACS, General Post Office, ELTA Courier Door-to-Door, or by our chosen transport company.
2) The delivery time is typically 1-5 business days. If delivery times vary, you will be notified accordingly.
3) If the ordered product cannot be delivered on time due to delayed delivery from our supplier, you will be promptly informed. In such cases, you are entitled to decide whether to wait for the product or cancel your order. In case of cancellation, any exchanges already provided will be refunded without delay.
4) Shipment to the customer is made in areas covered by the company’s distribution network (transport company).
