The Chloe dollhouse measures 47 x 35 x 63cm, with the upper floor being 33cm high and the lower floor 24cm high. Features engraved surfaces on both sides. This detail gives exceptional quality to the final finish which is done by hand. In addition, the dollhouse is modular, providing excellent stability without screws and giving a unique aesthetic. It is made of high-quality plywood, produced with respect for the forest environment, animals, plants and people, as confirmed by the FSC® certificate. The product also has CE and EN71 certificates.
 Dollhouses allow children to create their own worlds and stories. Through play, children are encouraged to use their imagination and develop creative skills. By playing with dollhouses, they often cooperate with other children, thus learning the value of cooperation, communication and interaction. Also through role play, they express and manage emotions, learning to better understand and express their own emotions, as well as those of others. Interacting with small objects and placing them in the dollhouse helps develop children’s fine motor skills, they learn about the organization and structure of a house, naming and using different furniture and spaces. This knowledge gives them a better understanding of the world around them. Finally, role play allows children to express their personal thoughts and ideas, enhancing their confidence and ability to communicate effectively.

Prices and Shipping Costs

1. The prices listed on the product pages are in Euros and include the legal VAT and other components of the price.
2. Besides the listed prices, our company charges for delivery within Greece a shipping fee of 4.00 € for orders up to 149.99 € (not applicable for inaccessible areas). For online orders over 150.00 €, shipping is free (not applicable for inaccessible areas requiring transshipment).
   • For orders over 150 €:
     • If it is an inaccessible area: the customer is responsible for picking up the goods from the transport company’s offices or arranging delivery to their location at an additional charge, with prior telephone notification.
     • In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
   • For orders under 150 €:
     • With courier: A charge of 4.00 € plus a cash on delivery fee of 2.50 €.
     • With transport company: A charge of 4.00 €. If transshipment to the delivery address is required, you will be informed by phone about the transportation cost.
     • In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
3. For cash on delivery payments, the customer is charged an additional fee of 2.50 euros, collected on the spot by the deliverer. If there are other taxes or expenses, you will be informed by phone.

Delivery

1) Delivery is carried out within the Greek territory through ACS, General Post Office, ELTA Courier Door-to-Door, or by our chosen transport company.

2) The delivery time is typically 1-5 business days. If delivery times vary, you will be notified accordingly.

3) If the ordered product cannot be delivered on time due to delayed delivery from our supplier, you will be promptly informed. In such cases, you are entitled to decide whether to wait for the product or cancel your order. In case of cancellation, any exchanges already provided will be refunded without delay.

4) Shipment to the customer is made in areas covered by the company’s distribution network (transport company).

We would like to inform you that the minimum order amount for cash on delivery payment method is set at €20 (product value).
