Description
Kitt is a versatile, interdisciplinary companion robot for the classroom.
Kitt enables students to work independently, engaging with the robot to gather progress data. Teachers can effectively differentiate using the Kitt by personalizing resources on each device.
Involvement and accessibility are at the heart of Kitt’s design. Teachers are able to adapt each Kitt to the needs of its user by adjusting the intensity and brightness, full control of tactile feedback and the use of voice prompts. The Kitt includes a braille cell on the center button for ease of use. Kitt behaves like a Flash memory stick. When connected to a computer, either via a USB cable (supplied) or via a docking station, teachers can transfer and store audio, video and video files directly to the robot. You can then see and / or hear them using the controls on Kitt’s belly.
Recording. students can record an audio response directly to Kitt, during recording Kitt’s eyes will engage and motivate the learner. Once the recording is complete, students can listen again and, if necessary, delete the recording and start again. This could be reading a book or giving oral answers to questions.
Photography. students can complete their homework (create, draw, write in a book or mini-board, etc.) and use the Kitt to photograph their work. When the photo mode is selected, Kitt will count down 3,2,1 and mirror the camera on its screen – to allow the user to make sure everything is in the frame. Images can be viewed and deleted if necessary using the Kitts menu.
Video recording. If the activity is more dynamic, such as playing an instrument, performing a dance routine, completing a science experiment, or if the learner needs to “show and say”, a video recording may be more appropriate. When students choose to record a video, Kitt will count down 3,2,1 and reflect the video recording on his screen for the benefit of the user. Recorded videos can be accessed, viewed and deleted via Kitt’s menu options.

- The prices listed on the product pages are in Euros and include the legal VAT and other components of the price.
- Besides the listed prices, our company charges for delivery within Greece a shipping fee of 4.00 € for orders up to 149.99 € (not applicable for inaccessible areas). For online orders over 150.00 €, shipping is free (not applicable for inaccessible areas requiring transshipment).
- For orders over 150 €:
- If it is an inaccessible area: the customer is responsible for picking up the goods from the transport company’s offices or arranging delivery to their location at an additional charge, with prior telephone notification.
- In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
- For orders under 150 €:
- With courier: A charge of 4.00 € plus a cash on delivery fee of 4.00 €.
- With transport company: A charge of 4.00 €. If transshipment to the delivery address is required, you will be informed by phone about the transportation cost.
- In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
- For orders over 150 €:
- For cash on delivery payments, the customer is charged an additional fee of 4.00 euros, collected on the spot by the deliverer. If there are other taxes or expenses, you will be informed by phone.
Delivery
1) Delivery is carried out within the Greek territory through ACS, General Post Office, ELTA Courier Door-to-Door, or by our chosen transport company.
2) The delivery time is typically 1-5 business days. If delivery times vary, you will be notified accordingly.
3) If the ordered product cannot be delivered on time due to delayed delivery from our supplier, you will be promptly informed. In such cases, you are entitled to decide whether to wait for the product or cancel your order. In case of cancellation, any exchanges already provided will be refunded without delay.
4) Shipment to the customer is made in areas covered by the company’s distribution network (transport company).
