SAFETY TILES

The product is made from a mixture of recycled natural rubber granules and polyurethane. The upper layer of each plate is subjected to a special treatment, with a special reinforced material, EPDM during production, in order to offer the maximum resistance to wear due to friction. The top edges are slightly rounded and each side has factory holes for the application of connecting pins, in order to achieve the best possible connection. In addition, the lower surface of each tile is shaped appropriately to achieve the best drainage of water. It carries factory production certification according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, and ISO 50001:2011. The safety floor meets the specifications of the ΕΝ71-3:2013 standard. It is accompanied by a Fire Reaction Classification Report according to ΕΝ13501-1, according to which the material is classified in category E_fl. They are also accompanied by a copy of the Chemical Analysis Control Sheet for the content, which refers to Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons and which must be within the limits set by regulation 1907/2006/EC (REACH) as applicable.

Prices and Shipping Costs

1. The prices listed on the product pages are in Euros and include the legal VAT and other components of the price.
2. Besides the listed prices, our company charges for delivery within Greece a shipping fee of 4.00 € for orders up to 149.99 € (not applicable for inaccessible areas). For online orders over 150.00 €, shipping is free (not applicable for inaccessible areas requiring transshipment).
   • For orders over 150 €:
     • If it is an inaccessible area: the customer is responsible for picking up the goods from the transport company’s offices or arranging delivery to their location at an additional charge, with prior telephone notification.
     • In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
   • For orders under 150 €:
     • With courier: A charge of 4.00 € plus a cash on delivery fee of 4.00 €.
     • With transport company: A charge of 4.00 €. If transshipment to the delivery address is required, you will be informed by phone about the transportation cost.
     • In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
3. For cash on delivery payments, the customer is charged an additional fee of 4.00 euros, collected on the spot by the deliverer. If there are other taxes or expenses, you will be informed by phone.

Delivery

1) Delivery is carried out within the Greek territory through ACS, General Post Office, ELTA Courier Door-to-Door, or by our chosen transport company.

2) The delivery time is typically 1-5 business days. If delivery times vary, you will be notified accordingly.

3) If the ordered product cannot be delivered on time due to delayed delivery from our supplier, you will be promptly informed. In such cases, you are entitled to decide whether to wait for the product or cancel your order. In case of cancellation, any exchanges already provided will be refunded without delay.

4) Shipment to the customer is made in areas covered by the company’s distribution network (transport company).

We would like to inform you that the minimum order amount for cash on delivery payment method is set at €20 (product value).
