WOODEN HOUSE ALICE

Alice is a wooden playhouse with a unique character, designed to inspire children’s imagination in the garden. With a crooked architecture, including slanted windows and a door, as well as a decorative chimney on the roof. With a color palette of brown and green tones, it refers to classic designs.

The house has windows that open easily, allowing children to interact with the environment, while they can also be quickly closed when it starts to rain. Through the door with a small window, children can see who is approaching without opening it, adding a sense of realism and role-play. There are windows on all four sides, some with transparent Plexiglas and one with wooden shutters at the back.

Alice is made of 100% FSC Hemlock wood, while the roof is made of 100% FSC Cypress wood, both from responsibly managed forests. These types of wood are naturally moisture-resistant, do not splinter and are highly resistant to rot. The wood is treated with a water-based varnish, without chemical additives, offering a safe and almost maintenance-free environment for children.

Assembly is easy and quick thanks to the prefabricated panels with custom windows and doors, as well as the pre-drilled surfaces. The detailed instructions make the process simple, even for inexperienced users.

Prices and Shipping Costs

1. The prices listed on the product pages are in Euros and include the legal VAT and other components of the price.
2. Besides the listed prices, our company charges for delivery within Greece a shipping fee of 5.00 € for orders up to 149.99 € (not applicable for inaccessible areas). For online orders over 150.00 €, shipping is free (not applicable for inaccessible areas requiring transshipment).
   • For orders over 150 €:
     • If it is an inaccessible area: the customer is responsible for picking up the goods from the transport company’s offices or arranging delivery to their location at an additional charge, with prior telephone notification.
     • In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
   • For orders under 150 €:
     • With courier: A charge of 5.00 € plus a cash on delivery fee of 4.00 €.
     • With transport company: A charge of 10.00 €. If transshipment to the delivery address is required, you will be informed by phone about the transportation cost.
     • In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
3. For cash on delivery payments, the customer is charged an additional fee of 4.00 euros, collected on the spot by the deliverer. If there are other taxes or expenses, you will be informed by phone.

Delivery

1) Delivery is carried out within the Greek territory through ACS, General Post Office, ELTA Courier Door-to-Door, or by our chosen transport company.

2) The delivery time is typically 1-5 business days. If delivery times vary, you will be notified accordingly.

3) If the ordered product cannot be delivered on time due to delayed delivery from our supplier, you will be promptly informed. In such cases, you are entitled to decide whether to wait for the product or cancel your order. In case of cancellation, any exchanges already provided will be refunded without delay.

4) Shipment to the customer is made in areas covered by the company’s distribution network (transport company).
