The Fantasy wooden playhouse provides children with a magical and safe play space in the garden. With its red color and charming features such as a chimney, uniquely shaped windows, and a circular door, the house stimulates imagination and creativity, offering endless hours of fun.

Its construction is made from 100% FSC® certified cedar, a wood that does not break and naturally withstands weather conditions such as rain and humidity without requiring pre-treatment. The house includes a 118 cm long slide for safe and enjoyable play. Assembly is easy thanks to the pre-fabricated panels, with an average assembly time of about 90 minutes for two people.

With a maximum user weight of 100 kg, the structure is durable and provides safe play for children aged 3 years and up. The playhouse also features a platform 56 cm high, a small veranda, and the option to add decorative accessories such as a kitchen, flower pots, or picnic toys to create the ultimate play corner. It is CE and EN71 certified, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Prices and Shipping Costs

1. The prices listed on the product pages are in Euros and include the legal VAT and other components of the price.
2. Besides the listed prices, our company charges for delivery within Greece a shipping fee of 5.00 € for orders up to 149.99 € (not applicable for inaccessible areas). For online orders over 150.00 €, shipping is free (not applicable for inaccessible areas requiring transshipment).
   • For orders over 150 €:
     • If it is an inaccessible area: the customer is responsible for picking up the goods from the transport company’s offices or arranging delivery to their location at an additional charge, with prior telephone notification.
     • In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
   • For orders under 150 €:
     • With courier: A charge of 5.00 € plus a cash on delivery fee of 4.00 €.
     • With transport company: A charge of 10.00 €. If transshipment to the delivery address is required, you will be informed by phone about the transportation cost.
     • In case of additional shipping costs due to large order volume, you will be informed via phone or electronic correspondence about the extra cost.
3. For cash on delivery payments, the customer is charged an additional fee of 4.00 euros, collected on the spot by the deliverer. If there are other taxes or expenses, you will be informed by phone.

Delivery

1) Delivery is carried out within the Greek territory through ACS, General Post Office, ELTA Courier Door-to-Door, or by our chosen transport company.

2) The delivery time is typically 1-5 business days. If delivery times vary, you will be notified accordingly.

3) If the ordered product cannot be delivered on time due to delayed delivery from our supplier, you will be promptly informed. In such cases, you are entitled to decide whether to wait for the product or cancel your order. In case of cancellation, any exchanges already provided will be refunded without delay.

4) Shipment to the customer is made in areas covered by the company’s distribution network (transport company).
